What do I do if a lot of my potential members aren't opening their invitations?

 

If a member isn't opening his or her invitation, we recommend the following:


 

  • Email the member to ensure they have received the invitation and it hasn’t ended up in the spam folder or junk mail folder.

 

  • If your member didn't receive the invitation, you can issue a reminder that will include the invitation link. This reminder will be sent via email. You can then follow up to make sure he/she received the reminder.

 

  • If he/she has not received the reminder message, please send an email to BigTent's technical support team. They will be able to help troubleshoot further.
